Shipping

We currently ship within Europe. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but typically range from 5 to 15 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing or delivery times.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your information before confirming your purchase.

Carrier Delays: Koneksi is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Returns & Exchanges

As all of our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on personal preferences. All sales are final.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@koneksi.store with the following:

• Your name and order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and packaging

We will assess your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as personal preferences.
